The ground floor includes a patio, a double bedroom, a toilet with shower, a living-dining room, and a porch. The first floor has two double bedrooms (one with a terrace) and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The second floor is an attic with 3 beds.

Just a 4-minute walk from La Isla and La Ermita beaches, the complex offers 3 Outdoor Pools / Indoor Pool (Winter), extensive green areas, and a children’s playground.

Upon arrival, a €100 cash deposit will be required, refundable upon departure after the property has been checked.
